ModernIQ is built for local business operators — restaurant owners, retailers, healthcare providers, automotive shops, fitness studios, and others who operate out of a physical location. You do not need to own the building you operate in. We work with both building owners and tenants.

Discovery is completely free to use and does not commit you to any project or purchase. There is no cost or obligation to complete Discovery and receive your results.

Discovery is a short guided assessment — about five minutes — that helps ModernIQ understand your business type, location, facility, and priorities. Based on your responses, we identify which clean energy upgrades may be worth exploring and provide a personalized starting point.

How long does Discovery take?

Most people complete Discovery in approximately five minutes. There are five short sections covering your business, location, facility, upgrade interests, and contact information.

What information do I need to complete Discovery?

Accepted Answer

No technical knowledge or documents are required. Discovery asks general questions about your business type, whether you own or lease your location, your approximate building size, your monthly energy bill range, and which types of upgrades interest you most.

What happens after I complete Discovery?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a summary of your Discovery results immediately. A ModernIQ advisor will also review your responses and reach out within one business day to discuss your results and answer any questions you have.

Can I complete Discovery if I lease my space?

Yes. Leasing does not disqualify you from exploring clean energy upgrades. Some upgrades are available to tenants, and ModernIQ helps navigate the path based on your specific ownership situation.
